8th Grade Commencement Slideshow

Guiding Question: What did we learn in Semester 2? Objectives: Independent: Students will show their master of semester 2 standards by completing a writing prompt with at least 80% accuracy. Standards: CA State Standards 8.4 - 8.11 R.1 - Read closely to determine what the text says explicitly ELD B.6 - Read closely to determine how meaning is made Do Now (Voice Level 0) 5 minutes: Take out your study guide, and if your class has earned it your cheat sheet. Put up your testing folders. Whole Group (Voice Level 0) 5 minutes: Testing expectations Independent (Voice Level 0) 30 minutes: Task 1: Take written test Early Finisher? Do something silently. Keep your testing folder up so you are not distracting other students! At the end of this station, complete the "next steps" portion for that station's objective. If you met the objective, write "none" in that box. Homework: You're done!
