What is the significance of Marbury v. Madison? 


Objectives:
Collaborative:  Students will understand the significance of Marbury v. Madison by reading, annotating, and responding to questions in their groups. 

Independent: Students will understand the Court’s decision in Marbury v. Madison by completing a webquest.
