Guiding Question:

What were the goals of Reconstruction?

Objectives:

Collaborative: Students will understand Reconstruction by reading sources and participating in a "Save the Last Word for Me" discussion with a score of at least 3/4 according to the rubric. 

Independent: Students will list the original aims of Reconstruction by completing a scavenger hunt of their text with at least 80% accuracy.
