Guiding Question: 
What debates existed between Federalists & Anti-Federalists 


Objectives:
Collaborative: Students will understand the debates between Federalists and anti-Federalists by reading, answering questions, and writing a constructed response with at least 80% accuracy. 

Independent: Students will understand the fundamental rights given to them in the Bill of Rights by completing a webquest with at least 80% accuracy.

Standards:
